I am a lifelong Lutheran and member of BLC since 1991 and an RN with many years of experience in the field of hospital and community nursing, as well as a graduate of the certification training for Faith Community Nursing at Fresno State University. I work along side Pastor Bryon in visiting hospitalized BLC members and do follow up visits to homes after hospital discharge. I refer families to resources within the community and bring speakers into the church to disseminate information on body/mind/ and spirit wellness. I am availble to guide families in making "end of life" decisions, putting palliative care in place whether at home or in the hospital. I work closely with the Children's Ministry and Stephen Ministry in the areas of health and wholeness. I am available one day a week for" in office "conferences and hold blood pressure clinics the first Sunday of each month, as well as leads the "Happy Souls" walking group weekly.
