It has been a privilege to serve as pastor to the Bethlehem community since September 2007. Before moving to Auburn I served congregations in Oregon and Idaho. I was ordained into the ministry of Word and Sacrament in 1986. I'm a graduate of Western Washington University (1982) and Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary (1986). My primary interests in ministry are worship, preaching and faith formation. I enjoy being married to Britt Olson. We have two wonderful pets - a beautiful black lab named Trinity and a wonderful cat named Linus. I also enjoy reading, keeping up on current events, music, film and taking long hikes in these beautiful Foothills with Britt and Trinity.
